The Lawyer
Here I am again for another Summer Learning Journey post on Day 3 Week 1 Activity 3 year 6-8. For this task I had to pick a friend or a family member that has a dream job. Then I had to brainstorm 6 ways I can help them get the job. I picked my friend, Tahlia and she wants to be a lawyer. What I found hard while doing this post was trying to find really good ways to help Tahlia get her job. But I did it! Here is my post about helping my friend be a lawyer!

Hi Sophie, it's Tahlia here and I think this is a great post on me. It really caught my eye when I was looking through your blog. Maybe next time you could make your writing a bit bigger because you have so much space. But this is a great post overall.

Thanks for creating your post on Tahlia’s dream job. I think becoming a Lawyer would be super challenging, but definitely worth the struggle. I’m sure you would do an excellent job of encouraging and supporting Tahlia.
Changing the minds of others is a real skill, do you have any tips on persuading people that you can share? When my friends and I disagree on a topic I try and find some common ground to start with. But sometimes, you just have to agree to disagree!

Thanks for the great comment, Beren! I don't really have any tips right now because when we are put into groups for something at school some people in my groups start argue and those things just come to mind and I try to settle everything down. I think Tahlia would make a great lawyer because she is soo argumentative!
