Anzac Biscuits

Anzac biscuits where used in World War 1 for the soldiers food because they didn't spoil easily and did not disintegrate during long jouneys. For this task, we had to follow a "kids friendly" recipe on how to make anzac biscuits. Then we had to keep one third of the mixture the orginal, then we had to add one or two flavours or ingredients to the second third and after that we had to add a special ingredient to the last third. In this case I added white chocolate chips to one third and cinnamon and vanilla to another third. What I found hard while making these biscuits was trying to figure out if one cup was 100 grams. Here is the link to the "kid friendly" recipe if you want to make it yourself! Below the google drawing is a column chart showing the data. Happy blogging.

  1. I have never thought of adding white chocolate to Anzac biscuits, what a cool idea and it was obviously a hit with your family.:)
