The Quote

This is my 59th Summer Learning Journey post for Day 5 Week 4 Activity 2 year 6-8. For this task I was told to go on a website that had 25 different quotes that kids should hear. Then I had to pick my favourite quote and I had to put it in a text box in front of a picture that shows what the quote means and then I had to write at the bottom of the page why I picked the quote. What I found hard while making this post was trying to find a good picture to be the background. Here is my post about The Quote!

  1. Hello Sophie

I think this was a great quote to choose and I would choose it too. A lot of people can be insecure about standing out but it makes up how you are, and I like how you have added that to your post. Dr Seuss has many great quotes, a lot about expressing who you are and being the best person you can be. Everyone has qualities and characteristics about themselves that make themselves different, some with a positive effect and others with a negative. What are some of yours that you like?

Good job with all your commenting over the holidays!

  2. Thanks for the nice comment, Jess. I quite like my athletic quality but I don't like that I am short.

  3. Hi Sophie
This is a great quote, you are right not everyone's the same so why blend in when you were born to stick out.
    Keep it up
