Improper Fractions

Pet Day

At the start of term 4 Awahono School had pet day. There were lots of pets at pet day. Everybody had fun. Here is a slideshow about pet day.

Camp

Room 5 went on camp on the 20th of November to Hanmer Springs. Our class stayed at Hanmer Springs for three days. We had lots of fun at camp.

Netball Court

We were learning how to measure the netball court with measuring tape and chalk.  We were also learning how to measure the length and the width and also how to add everything up to see what the perimeter is. It took a long time for me and my group to finish all the sides. The sun was making us very hot so that it was hard to get it done. 

Kiwi Stop Motion Animation

In class we have been learning about Stop Motion Animation. We had to make a slideshow and pick what characters we wanted in our slideshow and we had to describe what they were going to do.  It was very fun using my imagination.

Spelling

We have been learning about  the "g" spellings in spelling. We had to make a spelling slideshow about "g" spellings.
